Details: Arms and Abs-focused fitness class that will strengthen and stretch your whole body and raise your heart rate. Warm up with yoga then add in weighted exercises to bring the heat. Option to use weights or wine/alcohol bottles. All levels welcome, yoga mat and towel highly recommended and water strongly encouraged.
