Details: Yoga mat, water, and hand towel encouraged; Weights optional--recommended over 3 lbs and under 15 lbs, wine bottles work as weights to improvise!
• Upper Body/Core Class this week, Lower Body next week; alternating
• Sound works best if you use your phone to call in with headphones--this class is done to music, warm up with yoga, then into strength training for a complete workout and stretch.
