Details: Katie Tobin is the Director of Lateral Innovation at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). In this role she helps amplify and connect innovative efforts across the Intelligence Community, as well as leads design sprints to support IC-wide challenges. Prior to this role, she spent over four years at CIA as a manager of emerging technology and design projects to support the Directorate of Analysis.
