Details: In November 2019, #NatSecGirlSquad partnered with Guidehouse to execute an IRB-approved survey titled “What It Looks Like vs What It Is: Building Competent Diversity in National Security and Defense.” The project garnered nearly 900 responses in less than two weeks.
We are proud to share the results and analysis of this groundbreaking study in an open working session on Thursday, March 12 at American University. The session will open with a networking breakfast at 0730, followed by an overview of the results and panel discussion with senior leaders. #NatSecGirlSquad and Guidehouse will also release a report on the survey. Copies will be available at the event, and online for public viewing and download.
