VIRTUAL: Competent Diversity as Force Planning: Education & Talent Management in the Navy and Marine Corps

As part of Anti-Viral programming, #NatSecGirlSquad is discussing the implications of policy decisions particularly as they relate to or impact issues of manpower, readiness, and force planning. In addition to continuing to provide community and engagement opportunities, these sessions will inform our continued work on best practices and considerations for a return to work post-COVID19. This session is to understand education and talent management as crucial elements of force planning that integrates competent diversity.
