Details: Chimene Keitner, professor of international law at UC Hastings Law in San Francisco and former Counselor on International Law at the State Department, will give an overview of foreign sovereign immunity and the legal and diplomatic issues raised by lawsuits against China for COVID-19. She'll also describe how various media outlets approached her for commentary and invite brainstorming on bringing #NatSec expertise to a broader audience.
