Details: One of the most fiercely debated issues today is that of privacy versus security. There is no doubt that individual privacy is cherished and should be protected. However, safety and security is the number one priority for many. The conflict arises when we recognize that these two conditions cannot exist in totality together.
Join Anna and Dr. Shapiro as they explore the crossroads of privacy and security. How can we balance the need for both? Do we really need to give up one for the other? What do those in national security need in order to do their job effectively without eroding an individual's right to privacy?
