Details: Every Thursday Kate Bell, Player Advocate for Former NFL Players and #NatSecGirlSquad Facilitator, will create a space where people can do 2 things: bitch, vent, acknowledge their feelings, talk about obstacles, etc. and ALSO talk about things that have helped them, offer love and support to others in the chat, and make game plans for how to best tackle the days ahead.
