Congressman Gallego represents Arizona’s 7th congressional district, and currently serves on the House Armed Services Committee. Born in Chicago, he is a first generation American. After graduating from Harvard, he joined the United States Marine Corps and subsequently deployed to Iraq. He previously served as a member of the Arizona House of Representatives prior to running for the U.S. House of Representatives.
