LTG Ted Martin is the Deputy Commanding General/Chief of Staff, for the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command. He has previously served as the Commanding General, 2nd Infantry Division (Combined), Republic of Korea; the Commanding General of the National Training Center & Fort Irwin California; and the 73rd Commandant of Cadets at the United States Military Academy (USMA), West Point, New York. He graduated from USMA, and holds Master’s Degrees from the Naval War College, the Army War College, and Webster University.
